Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing store credit.

Your ticket includes a bonsai tree, ceramic pot, soil, gravel, tools, guided instruction, and Two drinks and gratuity is also included. When you arrive, you do not have to spend any more money.

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, tickets can be transferred to another person or applied as credit for a future class.

No experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for beginners and fun for plant lovers of all levels.

Because plants are living items, we do not accept standard returns. However, we stand by the health of our plants and will work with you if there’s an issue on arrival.
